Cleaning Instructions:
- Hand wash or machine wash (choose the soak or gentle cycle). We recommend using cold water for machine washing.
- The inner cushion is not recommended for water washing as it may affect its resilience. For stains, spot cleaning is advised.
- After cleaning and air-drying, gently pat and shake the inner filling to help the cushion recover its fluffiness.
- Do not dry clean or bleach.

We will gladly help you exchange our products within 30 days of receiving the items as long as the items are in brand new condition, in original tags and packaging, and free of odor and dog hair.
