How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $59! Under $59 we charge a shipping rate of $7.99. Nothing stands between you and your order except 4-12 business days. Need it sooner? Please contact us at support@pupwonders.com

When will I receive my order?

Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days - $7.99 or Free on orders over $59

Do you ship to PO boxes?

What payment methods does PupWonders accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change or cancel an order, please email support@pupwonders.com within 2 hours and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.

How can I check the status of my order?

Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships.
