We hope you and your pup love what you've ordered! If they don’t fit perfectly, don’t worry - we've made the return process super easy!
First, please make sure your return items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Apparel: New condition with tags intact and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair
Walk: New condition and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor dog hair
Beds: All of our memory foam beds are compressed and wrapped in a sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns
Then follow the information below to exchange or return your item(s).
Exchanges
- All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, with items in new and unused condition, including all original tags and labels.
- All Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, packaging and are subject to inspection.
- Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item
Returns

- Customers will need to arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse

Defective or Wrong Product
When you receive your order, we highly recommend that you take the time to thoroughly inspect it to ensure that it meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you find that the item you received is defective or does not meet your needs, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated customer service team at support@pupwonders.com. We kindly ask that you reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order so that we can quickly and effectively address any issues that may have arisen. At PupWonders, we take pride in ensuring that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase and we will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment.
If you would like to revise your order, please contact customer service (Email: support@pupwonders.com) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to modify and reply within 24 business hours.
Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and packed.
